New Mexico Camp is a premier camp held at New Mexico Tech’s campus in Socorro, NM, about an hour’s drive south of Albuquerque. New Mexico. This Camp is the Southwest’s premier International Folk Dance weekend of workshops, evening parties, live music, community and more. Between internationally renowned guest dance leaders and musicians, camper-organized extra activities like music jams and bird watching walks, and a full-day Children’s Program, there’s something to make this a fabulous weekend for everyone! In 2024 New Mexico Camp features teachers Shmulik Gov Ari (Israeli) and Nick & Melissa Enge (Social Dance).
